Tip number 1: If you aren't' already, start eating 6 small meals throughout your day. Yes, I said six. Let me be clear here, I do not want you to take in any more calories than you already are. All you need to do is break up the portions of food into smaller amounts and eat those smaller portions throughout the day. Easy enough but very effective for boosting metabolism.

Tip number 2: Drink more water throughout your day. Listen, water helps your body access the fat stores in your body. Also, the water acts as a natural flush for your body getting rid of excess waste. You should shoot for 10 8 ounce glasses of water a day or roughly a 2 liter bottle amount.

Tip number 3: Begin your day of with a little cardio. You can run, walk, use an elliptical machine etc.. The key is to do it once you wake up for about 20 minutes. This aerobic exercise will kick start your metabolism into high gear and with the small meals you eat throughout the day, will keep it there.
